Founded in 2015, The Well Incorporated is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) holding company for a portfolio of programs, services, and social ventures.

The history of The Well and its founders' work in Tampa began more than a decade before the current legal  entity took shape, and extends far beyond its purview today.

As many city builders understand, The Well as an organization exists only in service of a vision far greater than itself. That vision and any progress toward it belong to citizens of a movement. We count it a privilege to be a part of this movement and to serve others who work on behalf of a WellBuilt City.
