Founded in 2015, The Well Incorporated is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) holding company for a portfolio of programs, services, and social ventures.
The history of The Well and its founders' work in Tampa began more than a decade before the current legal entity took shape, and extends far beyond its purview today.
As many city builders understand, The Well as an organization exists only in service of a vision far greater than itself. That vision and any progress toward it belong to citizens of a movement. We count it a privilege to be a part of this movement and to serve others who work on behalf of a WellBuilt City.

Meet Mary Mac. Home school parent, community builder, commonality seeker, gardener, artist, perpetual student, nail art enthusiast, yoga practitioner, and follower of Jesus - Mary Mac is an incredible asset to her community. Mary has been a volunteer with the Kinship Free Market for many years and we are excited to formally bring her on to help manage the operations of our mobile distribution!
We had the pleasure of getting to know John Davis through his volunteer work with Tampa Bay Harvest, established in 1989, Tampa Bay harvest is one of the longest running nonprofits in the Tampa area that operates to address food insecurity. John will be joining our team as a compliment to Mary's skillsets and responsible for maintaining our vehicles and general facilities.
